Detached house. C17 origins, modified. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar dressings; thatched roof between coped
gables; rendered brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Above. casement, windows of 2, 3 and 2-lights set slightly
into the roof, with indications that the roof has been raised; below, to outer bays, 3-light ovolo-mould mullioned
windows in wave-mould recesses, that to bay 3 having label; to lower bay 2, out of alignment with window above, a
chamfered flat-arched doorway with C20 boarded door. Lean-to against north gable; in south gable are 3 small windows
with hoodmoulds, plain surrounds although the eroded window to the rear may once have been ovolo-moulded. Interior not
seen.
