Farmhouse. Early C19. Ham stone ashiar; Welsh slate roof to shallow pitch between coped gables; rendered brick end
chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays, of which the centre projects slightly. Sash windows of 12 panes in plain openings:
to lower bay 2 wide 4-panel door in plain opening with stone surround of Doric pilasters and plain entablature with
floodmould, up 3 steps. Rear extension to north-west corner. Interior not seen. Possibly built is a replacement for the
apparent former house to the north (North Street Workshops, q.v). which then became a barn.
