Artisans' cottages. 1908-9. Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin. Identical to Nos. 13 and 15 Temple Fortune Hill (q.v.), apart from the entrances which are flat arched; the pebbledash finishes in a weathering just above the brick plinth. Forms a group with Nos. 1-35 (odd) and 2-36 (even) Temple Fortune Hill, an important part of the original artisans' quarter as planned by Unwin. As with Asmuns Hill, the emphasis is on the production of a coherent streetscape composed of distinct types.
