Artisans' cottages. Painted pebbledash with segmental relieving arches to ground floor, some painted; painted round brick arch to cross passage on centre axis of the block; weatherboarding to gable heads of half dormers. Hipped roof of tile. Two storeys and eleven-window range. Identical to Nos. 69-75 Willifield Way odd, (q.v.). Rear elevation bilaterally symmetrical about a four-light gable-headed half dormer; pair of gable facing half dormers to either side; gable-facing single storey utility wing to each unit. Nos. 57-111 odd,(q.v.) and 70-124 even, (q.v.) Willifield Way, the former by Parker and Unwin and the latter by Hubbard and Moore, form a most important group, illustrating Parker and Unwin's planning principles.
