Two storeys. Eleven window range. Vernacular Revival style, the design conceived in answer to Nos. 61-67 Willifield Way (odd; q.v.). All openings flat arched unless otherwise stated. Half dormers to ranges two, three, six, nine and ten. Entrances to Nos. 107 and 109 flanked cross passage which is at the centre of the block; to Nos. 105 and 111 in outer ranges. Two-light casements between entrances. Left return of two-window range. Included in this listing is the brick wall and segmental arch of tile to No.111 and which is shared with No.42 Asmuns Hill (odd). The group is, taken together with Nos. 70-124 opposite, a most important example of Parker and Unwin planning principles.
