Warehouse. 1868. By G. F. Lister. Brick with stone
dressings. 6 storeys. 24 x 5 bays. Rock-faced stone base and
quoins, 1st floor sill course and top corbelled parapet.
Windows have projecting brick segmental lintels with key
and impost stones, most with 3-light casements, the outer
lights louvred. End bay has one-stage turret with pavilion
roof and bridge connecting with corresponding turret on
warehouse to north of Grain Warehouse Dock (q.v.). 4th,
10th, 14th and 20th bays are loading bays which break
forward. South facade to East Float has projecting bay with
open arches to ground floor.
