House, now offices. Early C18, altered early and mid C19 and
C20. Roughcast and colourwashed, with painted ashlar
dressings. Plain tile roof with single coped gable and gable
stack, and wooden eaves cornice. Plinth. 3 storeys; 3 window
range. Double range plan. Windows are mainly mid C20
casements. Central round-arched doorcase with keystone and
plain fanlight, and renewed door. On each side, windows with
moulded surrounds and lintels. Above, a pair of windows
flanked by single larger windows, on a sill band. Above again,
3 windows, the left one a tripartite sash. Double gabled right
return to Byard Lane.
