Town house, now shop and offices. Late C18, altered late C19
and late C20. Red brick, with painted ground floor and slate
hung left return, and ashlar dressings. Roof not visible
behind rebuilt brick parapet. 4 storeys; 2 window range.
Canted round-arched wooden oriel window on brackets, with
glazing bar sashes. Above, on each floor, two 12-pane sashes
with brick flat arches. Ground floor has to left a rusticated
doorcase with double keystone, mid C20 door and overlight. To
right, C20 plate glass shop window.
