Town house, now offices, and attached railings. Mid C18,
altered mid C19 and mid C20. Red brick, with rendered plinth,
brick dressings and slate roof with a rendered gable stack.
Brick bands to each floor. 4 storeys; 3 window range of 12
pane sashes. Third floor has smaller 16-pane sashes. Ground
floor has to left a C19 wooden doorcase with panelled
pilasters and flat hood on brackets, with 4-panel door and
glazing bar overlight. To right, 2 windows.
Outside, wrought-iron garden railing on a rendered plinth with
ashlar coping.
