House, now offices. c1790, altered late C20. Brick, with
painted ground floor and painted ashlar dressings. Hipped and
gabled slate roof with wooden eaves and a gable stack. 3
storeys; 1 x 2 windows. Windows, mainly original, have wedge
lintels. Blank panels above the second floor windows. Street
front has a 16-pane sash on the first floor, a blank above,
and a late C20 window below. To right, a yard wall with a
panelled door. Right return has two 12-pane sashes on the
upper floors.
