House, now offices. c1830, with late C20 alterations and
additions. Stucco with hipped slate roof and 2 coped stone
ridge stacks. Plinth, first floor band, deep eaves with
dentils. 2 storeys; 5 x 4 windows. Front has five 12 pane
sashes. Central portico with paired square columns and
dentilled cornice, covering revolving glazed door. On each
side, 2 taller 12 pane sashes. To right, a hipped addition, 2
storeys, 3 windows, with a C20 glazed double door with side
and top lights. Left return has four 12 pane sashes and below,
3 taller sashes and to right, a C20 single storey flat-roofed
addition. Rear has four 12 pane sashes and above, a gabled
dormer, 3 lights. Ground floor has a triple sash, flanked to
left by two 12 pane sashes and to right by a single one.
