Pair of town houses, now offices. Late C18; altered. Brown
brick in Flemish bond (facade of 24A apparently rebuilt); roof
not visible. Double-depth plan, each house single-fronted,
with back extensions. Three storeys over cellars, 7 bays, with
plinth, 1st-floor sill-band, plain frieze and moulded cornice.
Round-headed doorways in the 4th and 5th bays, with
open-pedimented Tuscan doorcases, panelled doors and
semi-circular fanlights; 12- and 9-pane sashed windows with
exposed boxes, raised sills and flat-arched heads, that at the
left end of the 1st floor with a shaped pediment and the one
above with a cornice. Ridge chimneys. Rear and interior not
inspected. Forms part of terrace on north side of street.
