Town house, now office. Late C18; altered. Red brick in
Flemish bond (roof not visible). Rectangular plan on corner
site, single-fronted. Three storeys over cellar, 2 bays, with
plinth, 1st-floor sill-band, plain frieze and moulded cornice.
Large square-headed doorway to the right with late C19 or
early C20 pedimented sandstone doorcase, panelled door and
rectangular overlight; 12- and 9-pane sashed windows with
exposed boxes, raised sills and flat-arched heads. Side-wall
chimney. 5-window left return wall (to Byrom Street) with 2
early C20 oriels and other windows sashed without glazing
bars. Interior not inspected. Forms left end of terrace on
north side of street.
