Cl7 origin. 3 storeys, of which 2 overhang on wood beams. Rendered, Chamfered
quoin. 2 windows to Market Place elevation, one to each storey, part sliding
sash, glazing bars. 2 windows on ground floor, now a shop front with C19
sashes. Half-glazed door under rectangular fanlight. Church Street elevation
has tiled ground floor with small shop window with modern glazing. Panelled
door with small rectangular fanlight. 2 windows to each storey, wood frames,
no glazing bars and one small window to side between storeys. Built in
to side of No 148 Church Street and bisecting gable with kneelers. See
also Nos 148 and 149 Church street.

All the listed buildings in Market Place and Clothing Factory, Sandgate
form a group.
