Sail loft now garage. C1886 built by Reginald Blomfield for his own use. Weatherboarded
building on brick plinth with hipped tiled roof and external brick chimneystack. Rear elevation
has 4 brick steps set sideways on fixed wooden step ladder leading to plank door. Front has 5
light casement and double doors below.
