This house is called "Twelve" by the occupants but is actually No 14 in
the books of the Rate Offic.* Largely C18 front to an earlier building.
2 storeys. 2 windows. Most of the front is of weather boarding, though
the right half is of painted brick on the ground floor on a rubble base.
One gable at the south end. C18 sash windows. 2 doorways with small flat
hoods vesting on brackets.

Nos 1 & 2, Norman House, The Tower House, Lamb House, Nos 13 to 17 (consec)
and No 1 Mermaid Street form a group.
