Town house. c.1784-5. Flemish bond brick; gambrel roof; brick end stack.
Double-depth plan. 4 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Mid/late C19 shop
front, boarded over at time of survey. Cambered arches over 12-pane first and
second-floor sashes and 6-pane third-floor sashes; flat-roofed dormers.
Interior not inspected but noted to have retained panelled doors, dados and
shutters and dog-leg staircase with stick balusters.
