Early C19. 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical pair. Red brick on stone
plinth. Central later C19 tile hung gable with fretted bargeboards; 2 sash
windows. Steep pitch hipped pantile roof. 2 windows each set in full height
recesses, the outer ones wide and segmental arched, the inner ones rectangular,
the entrances on their ground floor. Each recess has band between storeys
ornamented with lozenge and Greek key pattern. The outer windows are 4
panes wide, those above doorways 3 panes wide and with semi-circular heads.
Recessed doors of 3 flush panels, the centre one diamond shaped, semi-circular
fanlights with radial glazing bars. Passage door to centre of front.
Nos 43 to 47 (consec) form a group.
