House and boundary wall, now house and cottage. c.1820 and 1918.
Stucco and colourwash with hipped slate roofs. First floor and
impost bands. 4 side wall and single ridge stacks. 2 storeys, 3
bays. Square plan plus rear wing. Windows are glazing bar
sashes and casements. North side has to left, door and to right
a tall sash. Above, to left, round headed stair light and to
right a sash. West end has a central sash on each floor. South
front has recessed central bay and 3 recesses with elliptical
heads. Central reeded doorcase flanked by single sashes. Above,
3 sashes. To right, conservatory, late C19, with canted ends, 5
bays. East side has off-centre 2 storey hipped addition, 1918.
Adjoining ramped coped wall and toilet block with shouldered
coped gable and door to south. Rear wing, The Cottage, has to
east shuttered casement and door. Above, to left, oriel window
and casement. North gable and west side have late C19 casements.
Adjoining rendered boundary wall approx. 30M long.
