Farmhouse. Mid C18 and C19. Adjoining stables, mid C19.
Coursed and squared rubble and brick. Partly pebbledashed and
tile-hung. Plain tile roofs. 2 gable and single side wall
stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Single range with catslide roof at
rear. Stables, single and 2 storeys. L-plan. Windows are
timber mullioned and plain casements. East front has off-centre
door with tiled hood, flanked by single casements with keystoned
splayed lintels. Above, 2 casements. North gable has a casement
and above, to right, casement with segmental head. South gable
has casement in splayed reveal. Above, casement to left. Rear
has to left, single storey wash-house with a gable stack.
Casement and door in return angle. To its right, casement, door
and 3 sashes, all with segmental heads. Above, to right, tile
hung gabled dormer with 2 sashes. Stables have openings with
segmental heads. West side has to left, 2 casements, flanked to
left by single and to right by 2 doors. To its right, stable
with casement and to its right, 2 partly slatted casements
flanked by single doors. To right again, stable with door
flanked by single slatted casements. North side has to left,
square stable with door. To its right, lower stable with door
flanked by 2 casements. To right again, door, and beyond, round
headed doorway.
