House, now offices. c1771, partly reconstructed mid C20. Built
for Thomas Broadbent. Brick with ashlar and brick dressings
and slate roof with 2 gable and single ridge stacks. Cornice
and ramped coped parapet. 3 storeys; 2 window range. Windows
are 12 pane sashes with brick flat arches. Simple moulded
doorcase with cornice and half-glazed door.
INTERIOR not inspected.
