House, now offices. Early C19, with earlier fragments at the
rear. Part timber-framed; front range in white brick; slate
roof with a wood modillion eaves cornice.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. 3 window range, with an added window on
the 1st storey and one wide C20 shop window on the ground
storey. All original windows replaced by late C19 sashes
without glazing-bars: plain reveals, flat gauged arches, stone
sills. A raised brick band between the 1st and 2nd-storey
windows. Doorway with a stone stilted arch with keystone and
stone pilasters, partly fluted, with impost blocks. A wide
4-panelled door with a plain fanlight.
INTERIOR: rear range, partly timber-framed, is noted to
contain part of a moulded C16 timber ceiling.
