House, now a shop. Early to mid C19. White brick front, red
brick sides; slate roof with a mutule eaves cornice.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and basement. 2 window range: 12-pane
sashes to the 1st storey in deep reveals with flat gauged
arches. A raised stone band between the ground and 1st storey
windows. 6-pane sashes to the top storey. A C20 shop window
and fascia to the ground storey with a side entrance up steps.
Within the high plinth 2 basement openings with flat gauged
arches over.
INTERIOR: no earlier internal features than C19. Included for
group value as part of the street scene.
