House, now offices. c1825. Red brick, colourwashed to facade.
Pantiled roofs. Double-pile plan. 3 storeys on a basement.
4-window range, the right-hand half in the form of a
full-height bow window fitted with three 2/2 horned sashes to
each floor. The left half has a blocked door (access through
No.16 (qv) to north) within a doorcase of unfluted engaged
Ionic columns supporting a hood. Above is one 2/2 sash to each
floor. Modillion and dentil eaves cornice curving round bow. 2
gabled roofs, each with a south stack. Rear with margin sashes
with multiple glazing bars.
INTERIOR: stick baluster staircase with a ramped and wreathed
handrail and scrolled tread ends. 4 wine bins in cellar.
