Pair of terraced houses with attached area railings to No.1.
c1830-40. Brick with ashlar front facade with concealed roof
and brick left end and party-wall stacks with cornices;
wrought- and iron porches, and railings to No.1.
EXTERIOR: two storeys on basements, 4 first-floor windows (2
per house). End full-height pilasters (remains of fluted fan
motif to capital at right), continuous frieze, cornice and
blocking course. 6/6 and 2/2 horizontal-pane sashes in plain
reveals and with sills to first and second floors. Basement
openings renewed. Entrances to right: steps to 6-panel and C20
doors with overlights.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: arrowhead area railings and gate. Porches
have scroll and anthemion motifs to uprights, flat roofs.
