Town house with later shop. C18. Incised stucco; asbestos
slate roof with modillion eaves cornice and 2 gabled roof
dormers with turned finials and old casement windows with
glazing bars; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys plus attic; 3-window range, probably symmetrical
until shop window inserted. Late C19 4-pane horned sashes and
late C19 shop window to ground-floor right with 6-pane horned
sash and simple entablature with shaped valance to screen
blind. Central pilastered doorway with moulded cornice,
overlight and 6-panel door.
INTERIOR: not inspected but former list description notes what
is probably an original chinoiserie staircase.
