L-shaped building. C18 exterior with an older chimney breast on east wall.
Two storeys. Five windows. North front facing the road faced with flints
with stringcourse, window surrounds and long and short quoins of white brick.
The west and south walls are faced with black mathematical tiles, the east
wall with flints and weather-tiles. Hipped tiled roof. Glazing bars intact.
Doorway with engaged columns, pediment, semi-circular fanlight door of 6 moulded
panels. Bordering the garden on the north side is a low red brick wall surmounted
by an iron railing with a brick pier at each end surmounted by a ball cap.
This is joined on the west by a taller flint wall.
