Orchard Meadow

GV II

Dwelling. Dated 1724, refenestrated late C19, quoins recreated
with cement and porch added mid-late C20. Knapped flint with
brick dressings, cement-faced quoins, very steeply pitched
tiled roof, brick stacks, gable ends. Double fronted. Two
storeys, 3 bays; central bay blocked and datestone inserted,
inscribed "1724 F/ WE", C20 plastic leading to 2-light
casements, ground floor similar glazing to 2-light casements,
central hipped tiled roof porch with C20 plank and batten door
with moulded cover strips and studs. Cement rendered returns.
