C16 house, timber framed and plastered with ashlar marking. Aligned north-south
with street. A wing extends east from the south end. L-plan. Gault brick chimney
in return of plan. Windows mixed, early sashes and casements. Many Regency
details, including lion masks and marginal glazing bars. Roofs ridged and gabled,
peg-tiled. (RCHM 4).
