Farmhouse, later C17. Coursed sandstone with large quoins, stone slate roof with stone ridge tiles. Now central entry with gable chimney stacks, but blocked doorway at left-hand suggests that original entry was there. Central doorway of C19 date between 2 double-chamfered windows under once continuous hoodmould, each subdivided by mullions to give square:narrow:square lights, further subdivided by joinery. On first floor, from left to right, double chamfered windows have square, double square and double square form. Interior not inspected, but right hand ground floor room has C18 fireplace (probably replacing firehood) with chamfered lintel on jowled jambs.
