House, with attached outbuilding converted to office. Dated 1744 on tablet.
House is of ironstone ashlar with C20 concrete tile roof, coped gable to left,
and flanking brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 4 bays. C20 wooden casements with
horizontal glazing bars, mostly 2-light with 3-light to ground floor left. Third
bay has board door with wooden architrave frame and 2 C20 concrete steps. All
ground floor openings have flat stone arches. C20 extension to right over cart
entry to rear yard. Attached to right of this is office of coursed rubble stone
with concrete tile roof and coped gable to right. Office has glazed vent slit
and high 3-light transomed window to right, and steps up to door at left.
