Stable block, now house. Mid-C18 with early C19 and C20 alterations. Red
brick with ashlar dressings, plain tile roof; brick ridge stacks and integral end
stacks. Aligned east-west facing south. Central 2-storey block and slightly lower
flanking wings with corner pilaster strips, both formerly one storey, right-
hand wing now has an inserted first floor; plinth with moulded coping, pilasters
also flank the central block. 5:4:5 bays; blind panels to the wings with keyed
semi-circular arches springing from imposts, several inserted windows and a
central conservatory to right hand wing. Central half-glazed door with rusticated
and keyed architrave, flanked by a pair of blind windows with gauged brick heads,
otherwise 20-pane glazing bar sashes, some replacing smaller windows with gauged
brick heads; first floor windows have a sill band which is continued on the wings.
