House, part used as shop. Probably late C18. Rubble stone walls, stone slate
roof, brick stack near centre. Main block of one storey and attic. In left end
gable wall a shop door, and C20 shop window with glazing bars. One casement with
centre horizontal glazing bar in attic over. On main elevation, at left end, a
square bay shop window with glazing bars and simple moulded cornice. Right of
this 2 sashes with vertical glazing bars under asymmetrical brick arches. Attic
has 2 hipped dormers, one with casements, one with horizontally sliding sashes -
both with glazing bars. Left of the main shop, a C20 extension behind a stone
(former garden) wall. In this a glazed shop door and small shop window with
