House. C18. Granite rubble stone, in small part rendered, with brick
nogged eaves and Swithland slate roof, hipped to right, with plain tile :
right end roof and brick ridge and end stacks, 4 in all. 2 storeys of 4
2-light wooden mullion and transom windows, those on ground floor partly
boarded. Central door. Lintels have projecting keystones. On right
end similar 1st floor window, and door and blocked window below. 1 storey
outhouse extensions to rear, and cobbled yard to rear and left side.
Granite rubble stone wall c2m high extends from rear up Crown Lane and then
turns across garden.
