Farmhouse. Early C19. Ham stone near-ashlar; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables; brick chimney stacks. Two
storeys, 5 bays. Three-light horizontal bar casement windows in plain openings, iron framed central opening lights
above, all under keystoned lintols; no window lower bay 2 and extra lower window between otherwise blank bays 4 and 5,
and extra single window right of bay 5: to lower bit 3 part glazed 6-panel dour under rectangular fanlight, set in
early C20 timber and tiled porch later addition at rear: further door in west gable. Interior not seen. About 2 metres
north of house a low stone wall with twisted arrowhead railings, matching gate opposite door, stone return walls, all
adding to setting of house and streetscene.
