SK 05 SE GRINDON GRINDLEY CROFT

7/76 II

Farmhouse and attached agricultural building. Probably C18 with later
addition and alterations. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings; clay tile
roof with coped verges to East; brick ridge stack to left of centre and
brick integral end stack to East. 2 room house to East and attached
agricultural building to West, both under one roof line; House has 2
storeys; 2 windows; mullioned; all of 2 lights with central flat faced
mullions containing C20 top opening glazing bar windows; door to right
Agricultural building: Low extension to front of breeze blocks with
corrugated roof and double leaved garage doors not included; West gable end
has ground floor window and loft opening with board door.
