Former parsonage house now private house. C1840 with later C19
alterations. Coursed and squared limestone rubble with rusticated
ashlar quoins and ashlar dressings; clay tile roof; brick integral
end stacks and ridge stack to S.E. of centre. 2 parallel ranges. 2
storeys; 1:1:1 windows; central late C19 2-storey bay with 3 lights
to front and 1 to each side; ground floor canted bays to left and
right; all 3 bays have plate glass sashes, moulded parapet cornice,
and shaped and coped parapet; glazing bar sashes to first floor left
and right. Roughly contemporary with Church of All Saints (q.v.)
with which it has considerable group value.
