Laithe-house, probably early C19. Watershot masonry, stone slate roof over
house, corrugated iron to front of barn. 2 storeys. Building equally divided
between house and barn to left which has semi-circular arched cart entry with
square pitching hole over. Almost centrally placed doorway has 2-light window
to left and 5-light window to right with same over to 1st floor formed by 2
narrow lights (fixed) either side of a wider central sashed light. All are flat
faced mullioned windows. Quoins, coped gables with kneelers and stack to right.
5-light windows to rear.
