Ruinous farmhouse. Late C16 south cross-wing, early C18 north wing, sandstone rubble,
squared dressed rubble dressings, local stone slate roof partly fallen in at time of
resurvey (October 1984). C18 range aligned north/south with cross-wing east/west to
south, through-passage, rear external stack to north wing, axial stack to cross-wing.
single storey and attic to C18 wing, two storeys, attic and basement to cross-wing.
West front: one 2-light casement window and one 4-light casement window in segmental
heads and traces of gabled dormer above, C18 wooden frame to door, gable end of cross-
wing to south with range 3-light casement and glazing bar sash windows below with brick
flat arches. South return with 2- and 3-light stone mullioned windows and chamfered
doorway. Interior has traces of plank and muntin panelling on first floor of C16 wing
with further timber-framed partitions. Late C19 cast iron range in C18 wing.
