central entrance bay slightly advanced. Chanelled stucco ground floor has
semicircular arched doorway in centre break, framed by pilasters carrying
entablature with modillioned cornice; panelled door moulded doorhead and reveal

ground floor), those on 1st floor in eared architraves. Rusticated quoins,
enriched cornice over ground floor and crowning entablature with modillion
cornice and a blocking course which is slightly inflected over centre break.
The dormers have shouldered bases and segmental arched cornice-hoods. Early
