Burgage development. C15 or C16 remodelled C19 and modernised C20.
Coursed rubble, Cotswold stone roof. 2 storeys; 5 windows on 1st floor,
C20 casements, 5 windows and 3 doors irregular on ground floor; No 4 has a
blocked C18 segment-headed doorway, probably originally with segmental
pediment. Steep-pitched roof with, to No 8, 3 rows of purlins. Irregular
timber in West gable. Thought to have been kitchens or stables of the
inn.
