Public house. C17, reworked C19. Colourwashed roughcast over timber frame
construction. Clay tile roof. 4-room plan, one storey and attics. Ground
floor has 4 5-light casements, attic has 4 eyebrow dormers with 2-light
casements. All windows are small-paned cast iron casements. Ground floor
windows are small-paned cast iron casements. Ground floor windows have simple
labels. Central doorway with large C19 gabled open porch with decorative
bargeboards. Substantial brick double ridge stack between 2 RH bays.
