Cottage. Probably late C18, altered mid C19. Coursed squared
sandstone with brick dressings; brick stack at right end of
pantile roof. 2-storey 1-window front, with pent wing at
right. 4-panel door to left of 2x12 pane sliding sash window
with painted sill, both beneath segmental arches of brick.
First-floor window is 2x12 pane sliding sash with painted
sill, beneath thin timber lintel.
