Farmhouse, now house. Later C18, with C19 and C20 alteration.
Coursed squared sandstone, with end and centre left brick
stacks to pantile roof. 2-storey 3-window front. C20
half-glazed door at centre right, with one 4-pane sash window
to right and 2 to left, all with flat arches of voussoirs. On
first floor, left end window is 2x6 pane sliding sash, the
other two 4-pane sashes, all with thin timber lintels. All
windows except sliding sash have painted stone sills.
INTERIOR: in left end room is a large, segment-arched
fireplace of brick.
