Cottage. Probably early to mid C18. Handmade brown brick on
sandstone rubble base, stone slate roof. Transitional
double-depth 2-unit plan with rear outshut under catslide
roof. Two low storeys and 2 windows; doorway offset left, with
small early C20 wooden porch; 3-light sliding sashed windows
on both floors, those at ground floor segmental-headed and all
with glazing bars. Gable chimneys. Rear: very low single
storey with 3 small 2-light sliding sash windows, all with
glazing bars. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to contain
features of interest.
