Row of 3 small town houses. c.1840-45, altered. Red brick in Flemish bond, with sandstone dressings and slate roof. Double-depth plan, each house single-fronted with individual back extensions. Two storeys over cellars, 4 windows at 1st floor (2 at No.34), with 1st-floor sill-band, plain frieze and moulded gutter cornice; doorways to right, all round-headed with set-in Tuscan quarter columns, plain lintels and cavetto surrounds to fanlights (that at No.30 with radiating glazing bars); windows sashed without glazing bars at No.30, altered at Nos 32 and 34, all at ground floor with raised sills and wedge lintels. Two ridge chimney stacks. Rear and INTERIORS not inspected. Formerly part of row of 6.

Forms group with Nos 26-32 and 38-44 St Austin's Place, and Church of St Augustine opposite these.
