GV II

House, now restaurant and flat. Mid C18 with early C20 shop
front. Coursed squared stone with ashlar quoins and dressings;
roof of plain tiles with yellow brick chimney and stone gable
coping. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Partly-glazed yard-passage
door at right under flat stone lintel. Small square bay window
at left on high rendered stall riser. Wide central shop front
has glazed door at right under transom light which breaks
forward at left over 3-light shop window on ashlar
stall-riser; corniced entablature over window. Plain stone
surrounds to plain sashes on upper floors; projecting quoins.
Roof has left stone gable coping on moulded kneeler; tall
right end brick chimney.
