SK 80 SE MANTON PRIORY ROAD (North side)

Pair of houses, probably formerly a row of cottages, with parts of C17, but
much of a later date. Coursed rubble throughout. Two unit, 2 storey
section parallel with street has casement windows with chamfered timber
lintels. Behind it, are 3 further sections of the building, of differing
heights. The 1st part has a 2-light casement and tiny window to ground
floor, and 2 casements above. Behind this a 2 unit section with central
door flanked by casements with chamfered timber lintels, and above, is one
ovolo moulded 2-light stone mullioned window, and a casement. The rear
section is also of 2 units and has new casement windows in old openings to
each floor. Various brick stacks on gable ends and the junctions of the
various sections.
