SK 80 NW BRAUNSTON CEDAR STREET (North side)

GV II

House, probably early C18 with a slightly later wing. Coursed ironstone
rubble with sandstone quoins. Main range is 1½ storeys, 2-unit plan and
gable on to street with 2 3-light wood casements with chamfered timber
lintels, and 2 gabled dormers above. Stone gable end stacks. A lower
narrow bay links this part with the wing, and contains the entrance.
The wing is of a single bay, 2 storeys with 3-light casement window with
chamfered timber lintels to each floor.
