Public house. C17-early C18, altered. Timber framed ground
floor, whitewashed brick infill and upper floor. Whitewashed
rubble stone to left gable and rear wing. Thatched roof, flanking
brick chimneys. L-plan. 1½ storeys to 2 left-hand bays, one
storey to right with thatch swept down. 3 bays. Ground floor
has leaded windows: 3-light casement to left, canted bay window
to centre, and cross window in projecting right-hand bay. First
floor has paired and single C19 casements to left and paired leaded
casement to centre. Modern ledged door between left-hand bays.
Weatherboarded extension of 2 bays with thatched roof to right.
